Founded by former Altitude Trampoline Parks CEO Curt Skallerup, Larks Entertainment is a new dining concept focusing on food and fun for the whole family. Debuting its first concept in Fairview, Texas, Larks Entertainment will serve food in a fun and safe environment that includes amenities such as shuffleboard, putt-putt, an arcade and obstacle adventures. According to CultureMap Dallas, its first Texas location will open at 531 Town Place, with additional locations rolling out in Tennessee, California and Missouri.
